Return and Refund Policy

These are the terms and conditions (the “Policy”) that apply when you make a purchase from Neon Beer Signs, operated by X CRAFT JOINT STOCK COMPANY (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order for merchandise through our website, you accept this Policy and agree to be bound by it.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of completing your purchase.
  • After 12 hours, cancellations are no longer available, as the order will already be in processing.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us as soon as possible with your order number at [email protected].

2. Returning Goods

We want your order to be exactly as you expected. Please double-check product details before submitting your order through our website.

Neon Beer Signs maintains a limited Return Policy. We only accept returns for products that are defective due to our fault, including:

  • Product defects: Manufacturing flaws or quality issues.
  • Incorrect design or print: Differing from your confirmed specifications or product page.
  • Damaged goods upon arrival: Signs broken or damaged during shipping.
  • Missing accessories: Missing power adapters, dimmers, or installation kits.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Except in the cases listed above, we regret that we cannot accommodate returns or refunds for any other reason, such as change of mind or accidental damage. In the “Request a Return” email, please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos/Videos clearly showing the issue (defect, damage, or operational failure)

Once verified, we will:

  • Send a free replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund

No return shipping is required in most cases. Processing a replacement takes 1–4 business days, and shipping may take 4–15 business days.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • After we verify the issue, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved or rejected.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 1–5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Processing time is calculated in business days only. Refund requests received on Saturday, Sunday, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges in all cases. However, if the issue is caused by us (wrong specifications or defective item), we will handle it following our Returning Goods process above.

  • We will send a free replacement or provide a full refund.
  • Customers do not need to place a new order for an exchange.
