Customers acknowledge and agree that stated delivery times are estimates.

Our business days: Mon-Fri (9 AM – 5 PM)
Handling Time (Production): 2–4 business days
Transit Time (Shipping):
- United States: 9–12 business days
- International: 12–16 business days (varies by destination)
Order Cut-off Time: We process all orders placed before 05:00 PM (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time. Orders placed after 05:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on your destination and order total.

United States: Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
International: Shipping costs vary by location and are displayed during the checkout process.

We use reliable carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time.

US Orders: USPS, DHL US, DHL Parcel
International Orders: Australia Post, Canada Post, DHL Express UK, Yun Express, Yanwen

To ensure the fastest delivery, we ship orders from a distributed network of fulfillment centers. Depending on product availability and your delivery address, your order may be fulfilled and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment centers or from our international fulfillment partners.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. 6. Delays and Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain factors—such as weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier delays, or high-volume periods—may occasionally affect the delivery timeline. Please allow up to 20–25 business days for your order to arrive before contacting our support team for assistance.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently support shipping to a single destination per order.
We can ship to PO Boxes within the United States when the selected carrier supports it.
